Kenneth Stack

Kenneth Stack currently serves as a Board Advisor at Astute and is a Co-Founder of Perceptus.org, where efforts focus on developing open source tools for the Type 1 diabetic community, including the product Glucodyn. Since April 2011, Kenneth has been President of Proximus LLC, a boutique investment banking and venture capital firm specializing in high-tech markets. Previous roles include Board Member at Optiflow, Senior Vice President and General Manager at EFI, President at Jetrion LLC, Board Member at Precisia, and Director at Eastman Kodak. Kenneth Stack earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester.
