Don Couvillion

Don Couvillion is the Senior Vice President at University Realty, LLC, an affiliate of ASU Enterprise Partners. Their responsibilities include managing SkySong and various projects at Novus Innovation Corridor on the ASU campus in Tempe, including overseeing real estate aspects such as lease negotiations, equity and debt financing, and managing relationships with the city of Scottsdale. Prior to this role, Don held positions at Acadian Investments, Equity Residential, and Evans Withycombe Residential, where Don managed development projects. Don holds a BArch in Architecture from the University of Arizona and a BA in English from Louisiana State University.
