Mitchell Porter is an experienced professional with a background in community organization and union work. Currently serving as a Union Organizer at the Australian Services Union since May 2023, Mitchell previously held positions at Sydney Alliance as both a Community Organiser and Assistant Community Organiser. Representing the interests of approximately 135,000 members across the country, the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, trading as the Australian Services Union or, just simply, the ASU, is one of the largest trade unions in Australia.
