Hannah Gordon has held a variety of roles in the past 23 years. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Bookkeeper & Junior Assistant Manager at Porter's Crafts & Frames. In 1997, they moved on to Crafts and Frames as an IT Support Specialist, and then in 1998 they took on the role of Contract Administrative Assistant at Ada County Highway District. In 1999, they joined Aviation Specialties Unlimited, where they served as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President Administration, and Director of Sales & Marketing. In their most recent role as Vice President Administration, they were charged with strengthening and aligning central administrative and financial functions with the company's core missions. From 2005 until 2013, they functioned as the primary program manager for a landmark $43M contract.

Hannah Gordon completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at Eastern Idaho Technical College in 1998. Hannah then attended Boise State University and obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in 2001, majoring in General Business Management and Operations Management. In 2017, they returned to Boise State University and earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Executive Management.
