From 2020 to 2021, Chris served as the Director of Marketing and Membership at the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE).
From 2006 to 2020, Chris worked at the American Dental Association, where they held several roles including Director of Integrated Non-Dues Marketing and Analysis, Director of Membership Marketing & Research, and Senior Manager of Membership Marketing. At ADA, Chris led and collaborated on integrated marketing efforts, oversaw member recruitment and retention strategies, and managed various marketing campaigns.
Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, Chris was the Director of Marketing & Membership at the Center for Healthcare Governance at the American Hospital Association.
