Mulia K.b. Siregar

Mulia K.B. Siregar has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Mulia K.B. started their career at PT Asuransi Astra Buana in 1995 as a Risk Engineer, and later held various roles within the company. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Department Head for Corporate Administration, where they managed policy processing and premium receivables for corporate business. Mulia K.B. then moved on to become the Department Head for Commercial Administration from 2005 to 2006, overseeing insurance policy processing, premium receivables, and preparing statistics for portfolio performance monitoring. Mulia Siregar continued to progress within the company and held the position of Department Head for Commercial Claim from 2006 to 2007, followed by Department Head for Oil, Gas, Energy, and Major Risks from 2007 to 2008. Subsequently, they took on leadership roles as Deputy Division Head and later Division Head for Commercial Technical Support from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they assumed the role of Chief Technical Officer at PT Asuransi Astra Buana.

Mulia K.B. Siregar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) in 1994. Later, in 2013-2015, Mulia pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). In addition to their formal education, Mulia has obtained various certifications related to insurance and risk management from different institutions, including AAMAI (Indonesian Insurance Institute), ANZIIF, Islamic Insurance Society, and The Insurance Institute of America.
