Fanni Ichwan

Fanni Ichwan has over a decade of experience in the insurance and IT sectors, currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia since February 2010. In this role, Fanni leads the PSAK117 project and is responsible for analyzing, designing, and reengineering various insurance-related systems, including the Outgo and Inward Treaty system and Robotic Automation Processes. Fanni has previously held positions such as Pekanbaru Technical Manager and Tanjung Redeb Sales Office Head, overseeing claims activities, customer service, and sales operations. An education in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya and advanced degrees in Business Administration and Insurance further support Fanni's expertise in the field. Prior experience includes IT support at Maersk Line, focusing on system administration and server maintenance.
