Herman Sulistyo

He started his career as an Actuarial Officer in the Actuarial Division, AIG Lippo Life (1998 - 2001). Then, he served as Assistant Manager & Actuarial Associate in the Actuarial Division, PT Asuransi Jiwa Principal Indonesia (February 2001 - August 2001). Then, he worked in the Actuarial Division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia as Assistant Manager (August 2001 - December 2002) and Product Development Manager (December 2002 - July 2004). He also worked in the Company's Actuarial Division (formerly PT Asuransi Jiwa Eka Life) as Manager (2004 – 2007). Then, he served as Head of the Actuarial Division in the Company (2007 - 2018) and served as Acting Manager of DPLK (2007 - 2018), Since 2018 until now, he has served as Director at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Tbk.

Completed his undergraduate education majoring in Actuarial in 1998 at the University of Indonesia.

He has no financial, share ownership, and/or family relationship with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, and/or controlling shareholders.

Appointed as Director based on Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Decision Number 46 dated May 23, 2019, drawn up before Aulia Taufani SH, Notary in Jakarta, and reappointed as Director based on Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution Number 59 dated May 25, 2021, drawn up before Aulia Taufani SH, Notary in Jakarta. He was declared to have passed the Fit and Proper Test by the OJK based on the Decree of the OJK Board of Commissioners Number KEP-28/KDK.05/2018 regarding the Fit and Proper Test Results in Mr. Herman Sulistyo as Director Candidate for PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG dated 23 April 2018.

Currently, he does not have a position in another company. Internally at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Tbk., he also serves as chairman of the Human Resources Committee, chairman of the Investment and Finance Committee, and members of other supporting committees for the Board of Directors.
