Israeni Miradani

Israeni Miradani is a highly experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in risk management and corporate governance. Currently serving as GM of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management & Corporate Secretary at PT. Asuransi Multi Artha Guna, Tbk since November 2019, Israeni has held several key legal positions in the insurance sector, including VP and Head of Legal, Compliance & Corporate Secretary at WanaArtha Life Official, and Legal Senior Manager at AIA Indonesia. Earlier career roles include Legal Manager at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia, Head of Legal Department at Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI), and Expert Staff for Baleg at the House of Representatives, Republic of Indonesia. Israeni began the legal career as an Associate Lawyer at AAP Law Firm after obtaining essential experience as a Junior Lawyer and Probono Lawyer in various legal settings. Academically, Israeni holds a Master of Law from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
