Tom Swidarski

Tom Swidarski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at Telos Alliance since January 2018, Swidarski has been instrumental in advancing audio technology for radio and television. As Non-Executive Chairman at Asurint and former Non-Executive Chairman of the Board at Paragon Consulting, Swidarski has overseen operations in the background verification and IT consulting sectors, respectively. Additionally, Swidarski has contributed as a Public Company Board Member for EVERTEC and Altra Industrial Motion, both significant players in payment processing and hardware manufacturing. Prior executive roles include President and CEO of Diebold, where Swidarski led the company to become a top provider of financial security solutions, and SVP/Marketing Director at PNC. Swidarski holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of Dayton, an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University, and has completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School.
