Bimal Rath has a strong background in human resources management and talent development. Bimal founded and currently serves as the Managing Director of Think Talent Services, where they provide digitally powered solutions for managing talent across the employee life cycle. Bimal also holds the position of Chairperson at Elemetrik and Chairman and Non Executive Director at Braahmam Net Solutions. Prior to these roles, Bimal held various positions at Nokia, including HR Director, Head of Human Resources-APAC, and Head of HR-Nokia India. Bimal also served as the Group VP-Management development at Tata Sons and HR Alliance Director at British Telecommunications Group plc. Bimal's early career includes the role of HR Director-India at Cadence Design Systems and Senior HR Manager at Eicher Ltd.
Bimal Rath completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from XLRI Jamshedpur between 1986 and 1988. Bimal also obtained a degree in ISC from Hartmann College, focusing on PCM, between 1981 and 1983. Additionally, Bimal Rath obtained certifications including Workplace Big 5 Personality Inventory from Paradigm Labs in 2019 and Hogan Assessment in 2015.
