Ivette M. Johnson

Ivette M. Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and development, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Asurion since October 2008. In this role, Johnson leads product teams that enhance in-home delivery and setup services while overseeing uBreakiFix store operations across North America. Prior positions at Asurion include Senior Director of Product Development and Director of Product Transformation & Applications, where Johnson successfully implemented customer-centric device protection strategies. Previously, Johnson held various roles at Dell, including Senior Engineering Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on manufacturing operations and quality assurance. Early career experience includes a role as Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy. Johnson holds a Magna Cum Laude degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and has completed an Executive Education Program at Vanderbilt University.
