Kristina Bailey

Kristina Bailey serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Ticketmaster since 2024, leading a 21-person Product/Data organization and overseeing a global matrix across approximately 30 countries. Previously, Kristina was the Chief Product Officer at GEICO, where enterprise product strategy and roadmap were developed, affecting millions of customers. At Humana, Kristina led digital transformation efforts impacting revenue and customer engagement for a large medical membership base. Additionally, Kristina held leadership roles in digital product management at Capital One and product management at AOL, WeatherBug, Accenture, and the National Institutes of Health. Kristina holds an MBA in Executive Management and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
