Josh Bruketta

Josh Bruketta currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR Business Partner, Customer Solutions Operations at Asurion, a position held since March 2024. Prior to joining Asurion, Josh was the Vice President of People for North America at Dawn Foods Global, where Josh led strategic people initiatives from July 2021 to March 2024. Earlier experiences include roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at The Bakery Cos. and HR Director at PepsiCo, where management of sizable HR teams and comprehensive HR functions was key. Josh began his HR career with internships at Caterpillar Inc. and Cargill Meat Solutions, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
