Melinda Stickley

Melinda Stickley is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in operational management and talent strategy. Currently serving as Sr Director of HR Operations at Asurion since September 2015, Melinda has held various senior leadership roles, including Sr Director of Talent Strategy and Learning & Development, and Director of Human Resources for both Product & Technology and the Philippines. Prior experience includes ownership of a Supercuts franchise, SVP of Operations at Comdata, and multiple executive roles at FIS, where leadership included managing large contact centers and improving operational efficiencies. Melinda began their career at Citibank and AT&T, progressing through various HR and operational positions. Melinda holds an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Statistics from Miami University.
