Nina Holton

Nina Holton is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in process innovation and operations improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Process Innovation at Asurion since October 2012, Nina manages supplier relationships and implements strategies for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain. Previously, during a tenure at Cytec Industries from June 2004 to October 2012, Nina held various roles including Operations Improvement Engineer, where leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing were key responsibilities. Other positions at Cytec included Technical Sales/Account Manager and Operations Engineer, focusing on customer relationship management, business development, and enhancing process quality and efficiency. Nina Holton earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, graduating in 2004.
