Roddy Hill has extensive experience in customer experience management and operational leadership across multiple organizations. Since July 2018, Roddy Hill has held various director-level positions at Asurion, focusing on customer experience and voice of the customer. Prior to Asurion, Roddy Hill spent five years at Lloyds Banking Group, where roles included Head of Customer Experience Reporting and Senior Manager Customer Experience Dashboards, overseeing a team dedicated to customer insights and strategic objectives. Previous experience also includes managing business operations and risk at Lloyds and Halifax, as well as early career management roles at Dixons Retail. Roddy Hill holds educational credentials from Edinburgh Napier University and Tynecastle High School.
