Mary Young Mapes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Tock since June 2019, Mapes leads a multi-channel Customer Operations department focused on enhancing customer experiences and optimizing processes. Previously, Mapes held the position of Director of Customer Support at Women in Listed Derivatives (WILD), where the focus was on promoting networking and career advancement for women in the industry. Mapes also contributed significantly to CME Group in various roles, including Manager of Global Operations and Training & Quality Program Leader, overseeing customer support training and quality assurance. Additional experience includes positions at Cars.com, Apartments.com, and TeleRep. Mapes holds an MBA in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Political Science and Government from Loyola University Chicago.
