Established in 2012, aSweatLife is a female-founded digital media company. We create content and community based on the belief that wellness can be the catalyst to live a better life and achieve your goals. We believe that wellness is broad and it has as much to do with friendships and happiness as it does moving your body and nourishing it with food. Most importantly, we believe there's room for every body here. #EverythingIsBetterWithFriends
