Will Milthorpe

Will Milthorpe is an experienced professional in performance and reward management, currently serving as GM Reward and Head of Performance & Reward at ASX since November 2018. Milthorpe develops performance and reward frameworks aligned with company strategy, ensuring governance compliance and effective stakeholder communication. Previously at IAG from August 2011 to November 2018, Milthorpe led a team in executive remuneration, managed share plans, and oversaw governance assessments.
