John Miller

John Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple research and scientific roles. John is currently employed at Asylia Therapeutics, Inc. as a Senior Principal Scientist, starting in September 2022. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Principal Scientist and a Senior Scientist at the same company.

From 2015 to 2020, John worked at the Therapeutics Discovery and Development Platforms ECLIPSE and ORBIT at MD Anderson Cancer Center as an Institute Research Investigator. During their time there, they led efforts in the immunology group and pioneered strategies for high-throughput single-cell sequencing and immune functional assays.

Before their tenure at MD Anderson Cancer Center, John worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both the institution and Harvard Medical School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they were a Staff Research Associate and a Ph.D. student at UCLA from 2002 to 2009.
