Guenter Lorenz

Guenter Lorenz has extensive experience in the laser technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Business Development Laser at ASYS Group since July 2007, where a focus is placed on identifying laser applications in electronics manufacturing, life science, and energy. Previously, Guenter Lorenz held roles at ASYS Group including Manager of Product Development Laser Systems, where laser technology was established. Prior to ASYS, Guenter Lorenz worked as Applications Manager and Key Account Manager at Busch Semiconductor Vacuum Group B.V., collaborating with major semiconductor manufacturers such as Freescale and Texas Instruments. Additional positions include European Sales Manager at QUALIFLOW S.A. and Division Manager Backend at centrotherm. Guenter Lorenz holds a Diploma in Process Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, earned between 1981 and 1988.
