Evelyn Lai Jia Yi

Evelyn Lai Jia Yi is an experienced actuarial analyst currently serving as Actuarial Analyst II at At-Bay since June 2021, where key achievements include developing a pricing rater using VBA and Python for a new product launch. Prior to this, Evelyn held various roles in the Actuarial Science Club at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, including Vice President External, where leadership was demonstrated through the creation of mentorship programs. Earlier experience also includes a part-time actuarial analyst role at At-Bay and internships at AIG and the Illinois Risk Lab. Evelyn holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Actuarial Science and Statistics, both with Highest Distinction, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
