Heidi Arcilla

Heidi Arcilla is a skilled Product Designer at Warmstart.ai, leading user research efforts and collaborating with the founder and developer to enhance UI design in alignment with product vision. In addition to freelancing as a UI/UX Designer at Arcilla Designs since May 2023, Heidi has extensive experience in human resources, having transitioned from HR Manager to HR Project Specialist at At-Bay, merging HR expertise with design sensibility. A graduate of Designlab's UX bootcamp, Heidi has developed a strong foundation in UI/UX design through various projects. Previous roles include HR Generalist positions at San Francisco Opera and PKL Services, where Heidi improved employee engagement and managed benefits administration. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State World Campus, along with certifications and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-Marketing from California State University San Marcos.
