Kate Rapisarda

Kate Rapisarda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at At-Bay since January 2022, Kate previously held the position of Head of Strategy and Operations for Strategic Accounts at Google from May 2020 to February 2022. Between September 2015 and May 2020, Kate worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Consultant. Earlier in career, Kate contributed significantly to Teach For India as City Director, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager, shaping the vision for educational excellence in Mumbai. Kate began professional journey as a Corps Member at Teach for America, where recognition included the "Mile High Teacher" award for outstanding performance. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Biology from Yale University.
