Pavel Susin

Pavel Susin is an accomplished Consulting Director at AT Consulting since February 2012, responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing a consulting staff of 70 across six branch offices. Previously, Pavel held the position of Deputy CEO for Human Resources and Regional Development at Sciener Ltd. from May 2008 to January 2012, where significant achievements included defining HR and regional development strategies, optimizing the workforce, and resolving labor conflicts. Pavel began a career in leadership as CEO of Sciener-Kursk Ltd., an IT start-up, between February 2007 and May 2008. Pavel's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Kingston University, a Master's in Law from the Regional Open Social Institute, and a PhD in Computer Science from Southwest State University, along with an Engineer's degree in computer science from the same institution.
