Kwame Agyare Frimpong

Kwame Agyare Frimpong is an experienced RF Optimization Specialist currently employed at AT Ghana since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kwame worked at Huawei Technologies from September 2016 to October 2023, focusing on radio network optimization, wherein responsibilities included troubleshooting Key Performance Indicators (KPI), capacity analysis, parameter tuning, and RF log analysis. Earlier career experience includes an internship at Netis Group in summer 2014, involving general site maintenance, and another internship at Heidelberg Cement Ghana (GHACEM) in summer 2013, focusing on control system fault finding, electrical installation, and maintenance. Kwame holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, completed in 2015, and a WASSCE certificate from St. Peter's Senior High School with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
