Suraj Seidu Monney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Usage & Retention at AT Ghana since September 2018, Suraj leads a team focused on high-value customer service, product pricing, and campaign management, driving significant revenue generation. Previous roles include Data Manager and Performance & Reporting Analyst within the same organization, where Suraj contributed to revenue growth, customer retention, and market strategy development for mobile financial services. Earlier experience includes positions at AFROCOM GHANA LTD as a Business Support Officer and at Phoenix Life Assurance Company Limited as an Assistant Underwriter and Intern.
