Leanna Stefaniak has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Leanna began their career in 2005 as a Researcher/Coordinator for the Governor's Health Cabinet, where they were responsible for reporting on health care issues and making recommendations. In 2006, they joined the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations as an Analyst for the Center for Health Care Purchasing Improvement, contributing to the state's efforts to streamline health care administrative processes and improve health care purchasing. In 2007, they transitioned to the Minnesota Department of Health as a Legislative Liaison before moving on to At Home Apartments, LLC. At At Home Apartments, LLC, Leanna held various positions, including Director of Business Development & General Counsel, Chief Real Estate Officer & General Counsel, and currently, President, Real Estate and Development & General Counsel.
