Previous experience includes serving as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Spine and Orthopedic Rehab of VA from June 2002 to October 2013, and holding the positions of Director of Rehab and Staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Carrington Place Nursing Home from 2011 to 2013. Ray Puckett also brings military experience as a Sergeant Major in the US Army from October 2009 to March 2011. Educational credentials include an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Jefferson College of Health Sciences, earned between 1992 and 1995.

Locally based in Roanoke, VA, our options include 24-hour live-in care or hourly care, and we are on-call 24 hours a day as needed. Our experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers provide you with loving care and assistance to help make your life easier and to ensure that you can retain your independence while providing your family with the peace of mind that you are safe. All of our caregivers are carefully screened, with background checks and reference checks. If needed, we also provide services for individuals who may reside in an assisted living facility or nursing home.
