Brad Weston

Brad Weston possesses extensive experience in executive leadership and board governance, currently serving as a Director on the Board of Directors for Vera Bradley since January 2024 and Boot Barn since July 2018. Previous roles include CEO and Board Director at Party City from July 2019 to November 2023, where Brad also held the position of President of Party City Holdings Inc and CEO of Party City Retail. Prior to that, Brad was the CEO and Board Director at Petco from October 2011 to June 2018 and held the role of SVP/Chief Merchandising Officer at Dick's Sporting Goods from June 2006 to October 2011. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at May Merchandising Company and Robinsons-May. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1985 and 1988.
