Christy Batten is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at At Home Group Inc., Christy oversees HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition team, and the Team Member Care Center. Previously, Christy held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Remington Hotels and spent over two decades at The Michaels Companies, Inc., progressing through various roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director. Christy's expertise includes designing and executing talent acquisition strategies, supporting executive leaders across multiple departments, and ensuring effective human resource initiatives across diverse teams. Christy holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
