Will S.

Will S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Will started their career in 1992 as an Accountant at Price Waterhouse and later became a Regional Vice President at Per-Se Technologies from 1994 to 2000. Will then moved on to Heritage Information Systems, where they served as President and grew the company before it was acquired.

In 2007, Will joined Xerox and held various executive roles, eventually becoming Group President. Will was responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and customer satisfaction of a $1 billion annual revenue enterprise. During their time at Xerox, they worked on government healthcare services projects with 38 states.

In 2013, Will founded their own company called AllyAlign Health, which focused on transforming the quality of care for the frail and elderly in institutional settings. Will owned and operated multiple Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans before eventually exiting to a multi-billion dollar investment fund.

Most recently, Will founded At Home Harmony in 2021, a company that enables seniors to thrive at home. The business delivers an integrated care model and utilizes in-home technology and a specialized pharmacy to help seniors manage their medication regimens.
