Aaron Aronshtein

Aaron Aronshtein serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at At Home Solutions, a licensed home care agency, since June 2019. Previously, Aaron founded Urban Biome, where economic viability of nature-based carbon-capture technology was explored through the development of bio-chemical reactor models and hydroponic systems, alongside the creation of a GIS-integrated application for silvopastural system simulations. Prior roles include Operations and Financial Analyst at MIG United LLC, where Aaron established international branch operations and financial systems, and a Valente Center Research Fellow at Bentley University, focusing on health system data analysis. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Bentley University, along with certificates in Data Science and Hydroponic Farming.
