Michael Sylvester has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace, where they supervised operators and developed production procedures, resulting in a significant reduction in product cycle time. Michael then worked at GE Electrical Distribution and Control (ED&C) as a Projects Engineer and later as a Production Leader, overseeing manufacturing operations and managing projects that led to cost savings and improved supplier relationships.

In 1994, Michael joined Bank of America as a VP - Portfolio Management Officer in the Healthcare Finance Specialty Group. During their tenure, they managed underwriting, portfolios, and client relationships for large companies, leading teams in delivering debt-based capital structuring proposals. Michael also played a key role in structuring and syndicating large corporate debt finance deals.

After leaving Bank of America in 1999, Michael became the President of Networks Company, where they held the position for almost two decades. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company and its operations, contributing to its growth and success.

Most recently, in 2017, Michael joined AT-NET Services as a vCIO and Senior Project Manager. Michael continues to bring their expertise in project management and strategic planning to the company.

Michael Sylvester received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from Duke University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990.
