Harold Topper

Harold Topper has extensive experience in infrastructure projects, serving currently as Adviseur en Trainer at AT Osborne since August 2009, specializing in future-proof infrastructure. Topper has been Projectmanager for the Temporary End Station Amsteltram within the Amsterdam municipality since 2022 and previously worked as Omgevingsmanager for various projects, including the ZWASH/MIRT study linking Amsterdam and Haarlemmermeer from May 2021 to September 2023, as well as the Amstelveenlijn project from 2014 to 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Manager of Technology and various project management positions at Rijkswaterstaat, along with earlier involvement in project assistant roles at Keypoint Consultancy and an internship at LITEworks. Educational background includes a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Twente.
