Ira R. currently serves as the Head of Governance, Policies, Practices, Global Diversity and Inclusion and Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the LEGO Group since May 2021. Previously held positions include Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at pladis Global from October 2020 to March 2021, Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Diageo from June 2018 to August 2020, and Employee Experience Manager for Europe at Visa from January 2018 to May 2018. Ira R. also worked at Johnson Controls from May 2007 to October 2017, taking on roles such as Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, HR Director - Inclusion & Diversity for Europe, and Director of Talent Acquisition - Building Efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as a Solicitor in Commercial Property & Banking from January 1996 to December 2001. Ira R. holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law from Cardiff University and has further education from BPP Law School.
