Tom O

Tom O is an experienced operations manager currently with AT-RISK International, Inc. since November 2021, overseeing operations related to protection, consulting, training, intelligence, and investigations. Prior to this role, Tom O served for over two decades with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, where responsibilities included managing criminal and security investigations globally, leading an executive protection team for high-ranking officials, and serving as a senior agent across multiple countries in Europe and North Africa. Tom O has also contributed to law enforcement training and operations focused on countering illicit trafficking. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in National Security Policy Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Scranton.
