Barbora Kartac

Barbora Kartac (Zacharova) currently serves as a Senior People & Culture Partner at Ataccama since October 2023. Prior to this role, Barbora held multiple positions at Productboard from July 2021 to August 2023, including Talent Acquisition Manager & People Business Partner as well as European Talent Lead. Barbora's career began at STRV from December 2015 to March 2021, where the role of Head of People Operations was undertaken, leading a team responsible for recruitment and community management. Additional experience includes roles at Yelp as Assistant Community Manager and Hotel Seevilla as Assistant to the Hotel Manager, along with experience at ExxonMobil and AIESEC Praha. Barbora holds a Master's degree in International Business from Prague University of Economics and Business and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from HEC Liège, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the same university.
