Aman Grewal is a senior software engineer at Atakama. Aman previously worked as a junior developer at Fidessa from June 2016 to May 2017, where they improved automated tests by adding functionality, increasing reliability, and easing extensibility. Aman also collaborated with the front-end team to develop new functionality. From October 2014 to May 2016, they were a student researcher at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where they researched the properties of blood and ferrofluid mixtures and performed X-ray tomography at the Argonne National Lab. Aman also developed image processing code in GNU Octave for falling-ball viscometry. From June 2014 to August 2014, they were a research assistant at the Center for Innovation and Applied Technology, where they assisted in using geothermal energy to promote plant growth in Iceland. Aman measured plants, measured temperature, and organized data. Aman also wrote a technical report discussing data using a self-developed macro for automatic graph generation.

Aman Grewal is a graduate of Xavier High School and The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
