Tom DeCarlo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tom started their career at Petrie Stores Corp as an Audit Manager, where they worked from 1986 to 1995. Tom then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager in the Business Assurance department, where they stayed until 1999. From there, they joined J.Crew as Director of Internal Audit for two years. In 2001, they became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Gucci Group, a position they held until 2004 when they moved to Joseph Abboud as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2011, they became Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations at Belstaff but left in 2013 to join Gellert Global Group as Managing Director. The same year, they also became the Chief Financial Officer at Atalanta Corporation.
Tom DeCarlo attended Hackensack High School from 1977 to 1981. Following that, they enrolled at Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1981 to 1986, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Tom DeCarlo obtained their CPA certification from the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy in October 1995.
