Matthew Grear

Matt brings a plethora of experience from his experience in the healthcare industry. After graduating from Cornell University with a Masters in Healthcare Administration, Matt began a career at Tufts Medical Center as a Practice Manager in the Weight and Wellness clinic. When Covid hit, he transitioned into Supply Chain to help navigate the challenges and operations of procuring supplies, medical equipment, and allocating PPE throughout the hospital. Most recently, Matt gained great experience in a GXP setting at Seres Therapeutics as their Lab Operations Manager.
