Tomi Paatsalo

Tomi Paatsalo has extensive work experience across various industries and roles. Tomi is currently the Sales Director at aTalent, where they lead sales initiatives, manages accounts, and develops sales processes. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Team Lead and Account Manager at the same company.

Tomi was also a Founding Partner & Member of the Board at Tropical Bear Capital, a start-up specializing in AI-based investment management. At Talentech Finland, they served as a Business Development Manager, optimizing the sales funnel for their talent platform.

Additionally, Tomi worked as a Sales Specialist and thesis worker at Sievo, an analytics company, and as a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist at Unilever.
