Ap Patrick Coggins

Patrick Coggins, LEED AP, has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of real estate and development. Patrick started their career at Greenberg Farrow Architecture in 1993 as a Development Director. From there, they joined Faison Associates in 1997 as a Director of Development, where they stayed until 2005. In 2005, they moved to Van Metre Companies as a Vice President for a year. Since 2006, Patrick has been associated with Atapco Properties, Inc. In this company, they initially served as Chief Operating Officer and then became the President in 2023. Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated their expertise in managing operations and development, making him a valuable asset in the industry.

Patrick Coggins, LEED AP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business. Patrick completed this degree program between 1985 and 1990. Prior to their MBA, Coggins earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America, which they obtained from 1976 to 1980.
