Brad Laporte

Brad Laporte joined WinCup in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Operations. In 2019 Brad was promoted to COO and ultimately was named CEO in 2020.

Brad has a long history of turn-arounds and building world class organizations. Prior to joining WinCup, Brad was the Vice President of Operations for Larson Juhl- A Berkshire Hathaway Company and Vice president of Manufacturing for Okabashi Brands.

Trained as an engineer, throughout his career, Brad has developed and launched several new innovative products and services with the most recent being the World’s first marine biodegradable straw,

phade®. Brad and his innovations have been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, HLN, ABC, and Yahoo Finance.

Prior to his most recent consumer products roles, Brad spent two decades as a senior engineering and operations leader in a tier one automotive giant and has been extensively trained in LEAN from such companies like Toyota, Ford, BMW, GM, and Nissan.

Brad holds a BS degree in mathematics from the University of Windsor Canada. He is certified in LEAN Six Sigma principles and is responsible for the certification of dozens of Green and Black Belts throughout his career.
