Doug Roehrkasse

Doug Roehrkasse is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and talent development. Currently serving as the Laramie General Manager at ATBS since March 2023, Doug has held the position of Manager of Talent Development at Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance since July 2014. Prior to this, Doug managed software training at the University of Wyoming from February 2007 to July 2014. Doug holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from the University of Wyoming.
