Rick Puchalski has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rick started their career in IBM in 1987 as a Senior Sales Engineer and worked there until 1994. Following that, they worked at Loral Federal Systems as a Site Manager/Engineer from 1994 to 1996. Rick then joined Robert Bosch LLC as a Sales Director and stayed with the company for 23 years until 2019. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Aalberts surface technologies. From 2021 to 2023, Rick worked at Yanfeng as a Director of Business Development and Program Management. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at ATC Drivetrain, starting from January 2023.
Rick Puchalski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
