Bernadette Victoria

Bernadette Victoria has extensive experience in technology training and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Technology Training Counselor at American Technology Consulting since January 2018, Bernadette contributes to the Professional Certification Program, which assesses SAFe skills, knowledge, and mindset. Prior to this role, Bernadette worked as a Senior Quality Specialist at Comodo from September 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included developing and executing a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy and creating test cases. Bernadette's career began at CSS Corp, where employment as a Quality Analyst from October 2011 to July 2015 involved conducting training sessions and providing individual support to staff to enhance their effectiveness.
