Russell Carroll

Russell Carroll has extensive experience in engineering and facility management, starting as an Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield in 1990. Russell then progressed to Lead HVAC Operating Engineer roles at Chase World Headquarters and Jones Lang LaSalle before becoming an Assistant Chief Engineer at RUBIN COMPANIES, INC. Russell further advanced to Chief Engineer positions at CBRE, overseeing mechanical operations and maintenance at Park House, and currently serves as the Chief Engineer at Atco Properties with LEED GA, RPA, SMA, and SMT certifications. Carroll has demonstrated leadership and project management skills throughout their career.

Russell Carroll attended John Jay College (CUNY) in 2000. Russell later pursued a degree in Engineering/ Management at BOMI International from 2010 to 2013.
