Poonam has held positions such as President Elect, Vice President of Workforce Strategies and Consulting, and Vice President of Global Clients in different organizations. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Business Development Director and Vice President of Business Consulting. Poonam Sahotra's career also includes experience in change management, human resources strategy, and organizational development. Poonam has worked for companies such as ATD NEFL, Pierpoint International, MindGym, Mursion, Right Management, SunTrust Bank, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Main Street America Group, and Prudential Financial.
Poonam Sahotra has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Jacksonville University.
